Fiore
Fiore was a member of the Makaiju family. When he was a child, he travelled through space until he was stranded on Earth. He was found by Mamoru lying unconscious in the rain. Mamoru had just lost his parents in a car accident so he took care of Fiore and made friends with him. He was an alien so he could not stay on Earth for long. Before he left, Mamoru gave him a rose that would bloom until he was twenty-one years old. Fiore promised to return and bring him back many flowers. Fiore searched many planets until he found the Kisenian Flower. Fiore had a weak mind and was influenced by the Kisenian flower to hate anyone who never cared for Mamoru. He was jealous of Sailor Moon because he thought she took his place by Mamoru. He could use his fingernails as weapons and had other powerful blasts. When the Kisenian Flower became part of him, he was even stronger. He commanded several flower-youma. They absorbed energy from humans. In the end, the ginzuishou frees him from the Kisenian Flower's influence.
Kisenian Flower
The Kisenian Flower was a highly evolved organism that was half-alien and half-flower. When it was by itself, it was very weak. When it found a "power source" or "host" to overtake, it became much more powerful. It manipulated the negative feelings of its host, the host would do its bidding. Its goal was to give birth to a lot of Kisenian flowers and use Earth as its "fertilizer". The Kisenian Flower was destroyed by the power of the ginzuishou.
