Haruka is charming yet almost arrogant in beliefs. She is a motorcycle racer and drives fast cars. She believes that the inner senshi are only blocking her way in reaching her mission. She believes that human sacrifice is necessary to accomplish her mission unlike Usagi who believes that there is always a solution without human sacrifice. Haruka only backs down when she sees the power that Usagi has. She dresses in male clothing and pursues a tomboy personality. Haruka is a good athlete and involves herself with auto racing.
