She is a very young girl that appears in the Sailor Stars season. She protects Princess Kakyuu's urn but awakes her to save Usagi. She goes to Usagi's house and as it had been with Chibi-Usa, her mother assumed she was a relative as well. She can't say anything but her name or what other people say. She transforms into Sailor Chibi Chibi with Sailor Moon's tiara and gave her a new attack. She is Sailor Galaxia's star seed and in result, her only Light of Hope. She is sent by Sailor Galaxia in hopes of one day defeating Chaos.
