The Snow Dancers were Princess Snow Kaguya's henchmen. Their purpose was to keep the senshi occupied. The Snow Dancers were made of an ice-like material. They did not have any emotions, feelings, or any abilities. The Snow Dancers were controlled entirely by Princess Snow Kaguya. With time, the senshi were able to defeat Kaguya's group of Snow Dancers at the final battle when Sailor Moon transformed into Super Sailor Moon.
Princess Snow Kaguya
Princess Snow Kaguya had two purposes on Earth - to collect the pieces of the Snow Crystal and to turn the Earth into ice. During her battles with the senshi, she managed to get all but one of the pieces of the crystal. The final piece was inside the body of Kakeru, a scientist. The crystal was draining away the energy from his body. When she retrieved it, she united her Snow Crystal and planned to defeat the senshi with her Snow Dancers. Sailor Moon transformed into Super Sailor Moon and used her Silver Crystal to defeat Princess Snow Kaguya.
